About Us

Normanhurst Child Care is owned by Eikoh Seminar Australia Pty Ltd. The company also owns West Ryde Long Day Care Centre, St Ives Chase Kindergarten and Roseville Kindergarten. Each of these centres are managed by a Director and all centres are overseen by a Senior Director. All staff in Director roles have Early Childhood qualifications. Normanhurst Child Care Centre opened in October 1997 and is a purpose-built centre.

We are dedicated to the highest quality developmental care and education possible for each child which is supported by a team of qualified and experienced early childhood professionals, these qualifications include –

• Early Childhood Education
• Early Childhood Teaching
• Diploma of Children’s Services
• Certificate III in Children’s Services
• Qualified Cook

Our educators work together as a team to provide a positive and successful learning environment for the children in their care. They show warmth, dedication, compassion, respect and understanding to each other and all children and their families.

The Centre acknowledges the Aboriginal people of the Darug, Kuringai and Darkingung language groups who are the original occupants of the Hornsby Shire.
